Hi, my name is Nicola H and I have been a carer for seven years now. I have had the privilege of working with many wonderful clients during my career. I am a female carer who specializes in Hourly Care. My attributes include being friendly, caring, and helpful.
I am motivated by my passion for helping people lead independent lives in the comfort of their homes. Each person's situation is different and requires a unique approach; that's why I believe in providing individualized care based on clients' specific needs and preferences.
Although I don't drive or have a car of my own, I am encouraging and supportive in supporting clients out in the community, via public transport. I am skilled in bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. My extensive experience includes conditions like mild cognitive impairment, bedbound, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression. In my free time, I enjoy card games, puzzles, socializing, board games, and reading. I am comfortable with pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
